Education that leaves a lasting impression

All newly hired employees at Mousetrapper receive a ‘crash course’ in our sustainability efforts to familiarize themselves with how we approach the issue and why it is important to us.
We also conduct an annual employee training on sustainability, which has been very well-received. All employees, including the sales teams in various countries and everyone at the factory in Sweden, participate. We discuss their different priorities, their perspectives on sustainability, and what motivates them. In this way, we create a better understanding of what we are trying to achieve together. Work becomes so much easier when everyone is aligned.
