They last too long!

We sometimes hear that our products last too long. While this is usually said in jest, it always makes us very proud. Let me share a couple of stories that I recently heard. We received a photo from one of our retailers who’d just stumbled across an old Mousetrapper that was discontinued in 2006. We don’t know exactly how old it is, but probably 15–20 years.

The other day, one of our purchasers visited a health centre and spotted an old model he’d never seen before. It turned out to be a Mousetrapper that left the factory in 2007. He asked whether they’d like to swap it for a newer one. “Absolutely not!” was the answer, “It works brilliantly!”.

You can feel nothing but pride to work at a company like this.
